Using my employer dumpster okay?
In recent collection of garbage in my area ended and the new costs for garbage collection in my area have increased significantly My employer has a contract for waste management, but rarely fills its bins full. They told me that it is possible download my trash in their trash because they have space in the box and will not cost them more money. They would like to offer this to all employees (6-7) that would cancel the service of trash in the city (we all use WM, Eagle Waste, or purple) and use our bins society. Are there problems with this? E 'perfectly ethical good, if a little 'uncomfortable in a practical sense. Can be considered an extension of fringe benefits. The employer pays for the collection of garbage, so that "their" space and can do whatever they want. And they are certainly not "steal" the company trash, since they have no service contract with them and they are neither the trash, or the right to withdraw it.
